How to share folders and chats

• To share a folder, right-click on a folder and select Share folder. This will go through every chat within the folder and make it publicly viewable by generating a Share Link for each chat.

• To unshare a folder, right-click on the folder and select Unshare folder. This will unshare every chat within the folder by removing the Share Link for each chat.

• To share a chat, simply right-click and select Share chat. This will generate a share link for the chat. To copy the share link, right-click on the shared chat and click on the Copy share link button.

  Note: You can also select multiple chats to be shared at once.

• To unshare a chat, right-click on the chat and select Unshare chat. This will remove the share link for that chat.

Note:

• To reflect changes made to a shared folder for recipients, unshare and reshare the folder. Recipients must re-import the updated folder. The folder ID remains unchanged.
